VIDEO/AUDIO PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION

 

 


This evalution involves two stages. Stage one is a review of the design documentation. Stage two is a review of the actual Web-based Training Course. Below are links to the design documentation and the Web-Based Training Course. The corresponding evaluation instruments are also provided for your review. Please follow the steps as stated below to complete this evaluation. The documents provided here require Adobe Acrobat Reader™ or Microsoft Word XP.

DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

Please review each document carefully then complete the "Video/Audio Design Evaluation" instrument for each document. If any part of these design documents are unclear or illustrate an inappropriate use of video/audio technology principles, please mark your comments in the area provided the instrument. You may attach additional sheets of paper as needed. This evaluation will take approximately thirty minutes to complete. Carefully review the program and complete the "Video/Audio Design Prototype Evaluation" instrument. If any part of the CD prototype contains poor video/audio techniques and components or illustrates inappropriate use of video/audio technology principles, please mark your comments in the area provided on the evaluation instrument. You may attach additional sheets of paper as needed. This evaluation will take approximately thirty minutes to complete.

  1. Review the Choral Trainer Video/Audio Production Scripts.
  2. Evaluate the Choral Trainer Design and Content Documents.
  3. Submit your results to:
